Best Western Kilima Hotel

We liked location and atmosphere. The room was tidy with a double bed. Fine check-in was a bonus.

The area was absolutely disgusting.

We stayed here for 1 night, it was just what we needed.

It's old-fashioned hotel with knowledgeable staff and good internet. They made my stay good. Late check-out was useful.

The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a very nice area, short walk to centre, railway station and the restaurant.

Its location was central, an easy walk to St Paul's York. It was a fabulous hotel in a great area.

The breakfast was above average, there were good scrambled eggs, cereal, fruit juices and cheese. It had central location close to St Paul's Holgate.

Though everything was very clean, some of the staff were not so good.

I really enjoyed that the hotel was beautifully kept and spotless. The breakfast I had was super with good quality roll and hot bacon, for instance. Exceptional location to a historical place museum.

This accommodation was absolutely charming and perfectly clean, it had impressive staff and location. Lovely bedroom and huge bathroom.

The place was fairly clean with a wonderful staff. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. I loved the family king room which was tasteful. Particularly good location in the pretty comfortable area.

The building is very pleasant and big size. It's found in a cute area, easy walk to many landmarks of York. Fine food in the attached restaurant.

St Paul's York was placed at a small distance. The parking was on-site.

Right place for exploring York. We stayed 4 nights and appreciated the favourable location.

so close to york castle museum, 10 minutes' walk to york train station. we liked staff and rooms here. we could see york minster from our window. a wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like the fox that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
